1 2 #1. Page 9, by inserting after line 9, the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. ___. MARINE FUEL TAX RECEIPTS – CAPITAL
1 5 PROJECTS – PIER RESTORATION. From any moneys
1 6 appropriated from the marine fuel tax receipts
1 7 deposited in the general fund of the state to the
1 8 department of natural resources for the fiscal year
1 9 beginning July 1, 1997, and ending June 30, 1998, for
1 10 purposes of funding capital projects traditionally
1 11 funded from marine fuel tax receipts for the purposes
1 12 specified in section 452A.79, the department of
1 13 natural resources shall allocate the following amount
1 14 for the purpose designated:
1 15 To the city of Lake View to support local efforts
1 16 to restore stone piers at black hawk lake:
1 17 .................................................. $ 100,000
1 18 Moneys allocated under this section shall be
1 19 available upon a match by local sponsors of the
1 20 project of one dollar for each one dollar of state
1 21 moneys."
