  1  1    Amend House File 655 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 17, by striking lines 13 through 16 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "any fund, notwithstanding
  1  4 section 8.33.  Unobligated Of the unobligated funds
  1  5 remaining on June 30, 1997, the first $100,000 shall
  1  6 revert to the general fund of the state community
  1  7 development division of the department of economic
  1  8 development for purposes of the microbusiness rural
  1  9 enterprise assistance program created in section
  1 10 15.114 and all remaining moneys shall revert to the
  1 11 strategic investment fund created in section 15.313."
