  1  1    Amend House File 121 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 14 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  135L.9  PREGNANT MINOR –
  1  5 RETENTION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS.
  1  6    If a pregnant minor decides to continue the
  1  7 pregnancy to term and retain parental rights to the
  1  8 child following the child's birth, and if the pregnant
  1  9 minor and the father of the child do not marry, the
  1 10 pregnant minor and the child shall live in the home of
  1 11 the pregnant minor's parent following the birth of the
  1 12 child."
  1 13    #2.  Title page, line 1, by striking the words
  1 14 "notification procedures prior to".
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
