  1  1    Amend House File 530 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by striking lines 29 through 33 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "allowance for use."
  1  4    #2.  Page 5, by inserting after line 21 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "c.  The manufacturer shall have a cause of action
  1  7 against the dealer or lessor for reimbursement of any
  1  8 amount that the manufacturer pays to a consumer
  1  9 pursuant to this subsection which exceeds the net
  1 10 price received by the manufacturer for the assistive
  1 11 device."
  1 12    #3.  By renumbering and relettering as necessary.
