  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 21, by striking the words "An
  1  3 employee of either" and inserting the following:  "A
  1  4 person employed by any".
  1  5    #2.  Page 3, by inserting after line 24 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "(3)  A financial institution as defined in section
  1  8 535A.1.
  1  9    (4)  An insurance company authorized to transact
  1 10 the business of insurance in this state."
