  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 9 through 12 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "Before the board of directors may sell, lease, or
  1  5 dispose of any property belonging to the school
  1  6 district it the board shall comply with the
  1  7 requirements set forth in this section and sections
  1  8 297.15 to through 297.20 and sections 297.23 and
  1  9 297.24.   Any real estate proposed to".
