  1  1    Amend House File 504 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 5 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "9.  Administer and enforce this chapter, and
  1  5 chapters 99B, 135B, 135C, 135G, 135H, 135J, 137A,
  1  6 137B, 137C, 137D, 137E 137F."
  1  7    #2.  Page 4, by striking line 7 and inserting the
  1  8 following:  "of forty-five degrees Fahrenheit or seven
  1  9 degrees Celsius or".
  1 10    #3.  Page 8, by inserting after line 10 the
  1 11 following:
  1 12    "17.  3-502.12(A) shall be amended by adding:
  1 13 "Packaging of raw meat and raw poultry using a reduced
  1 14 oxygen packaging method, with a thirty day "sell by"
  1 15 date from the date it was packaged, will be exempt
  1 16 from having an HACCP Plan that contains the
  1 17 information required in this section and section 8-
  1 18 201.14(D)."
  1 19    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
