  1  1    Amend House File 403 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 321.285, subsection 4, Code
  1  5 1997, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    4.  Notwithstanding any other speed restrictions,
  1  7 the speed limit for all vehicular traffic shall be
  1  8 fifty-five sixty miles per hour."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
