  1  1    Amend House File 212 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "If the property subject to tax under this
  1  5 subsection is owned by a county, the amount of
  1  6 property tax imposed on such property by all taxing
  1  7 authorities, other than the county, shall be used by
  1  8 the county as a credit on the state taxes imposed
  1  9 under this chapter and chapter 99F with regard to
  1 10 gambling at the racetrack and racetrack enclosure."
