  1  1    Amend Senate File 128, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 9 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ____.  CONTINGENT EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act
  1  6 shall not take effect unless an appropriation is
  1  7 enacted or the state's share of the cost is specified
  1  8 in accordance with section 25B.2, subsection 3."
  1  9    #2.  Title page, by striking line 2 and inserting
  1 10 the following:  "pregnancy, establishing a penalty,
  1 11 and providing a contingent effective date."
  1 12    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
