  1  1    Amend House File 331 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 14 through 16 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "notice.  An inspection
  1  4 under this subsection shall only occur in the presence
  1  5 of the students student whose lockers are locker is
  1  6 being inspected if securing the presence of the
  1  7 student is reasonable and practicable at the time that
  1  8 the search is conducted."
