  1  1    Amend House File 235 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ____.  CONTINGENT EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act
  1  5 shall not take effect unless an appropriation is
  1  6 enacted or the state's share of the cost is specified
  1  7 in accordance with section 25B.2, subsection 3."
  1  8    #2.  Title page, by striking line 2 and inserting
  1  9 the following:  "pregnancy, establishing a penalty,
  1 10 and providing a contingent effective date."
