  1  1    Amend House File 108 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 2 through 9 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "A claim for occupational hearing loss due to
  1  5 excessive noise levels exposure may be filed six
  1  6 months after separation from the employment in which
  1  7 the employee was exposed subjected to excessive noise
  1  8 levels exposure.  The date of the injury shall be the
  1  9 date of occurrence of any one of the following
  1 10 events:"
