  1  1    Amend House File 108 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 2 through 9 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "A claim for occupational
  1  4 hearing loss due to excessive noise levels exposure
  1  5 may be filed six months one month after separation
  1  6 from the employment in which the employee was exposed
  1  7 subjected to excessive noise levels exposure.  The
  1  8 date of the injury shall be the date of occurrence of
  1  9 any one of the following events:  
  1 10

  1 12
