  1  1    Amend Senate File 35, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 30 and 31 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  This Act, being deemed of immediate
  1  6 importance, takes effect upon enactment and applies to
  1  7 estates of decedents dying on or after the effective
  1  8 date."
