1 2 FOR REVENUE OR PROFIT IN A STATE FOREST OR ON STATE PUBLIC
1 3 LAND PROHIBITED.
1 4 Cutting, harvesting, destroying, or injuring a tree located
1 5 in a state forest or on state public land by a person or an
1 6 officer or employee of the state or political subdivision of
1 7 the state, for monetary revenue or commercial profit, is
1 8 prohibited.
1 9 EXPLANATION
1 10 This bill prohibits cutting, harvesting, destroying, or
1 11 injuring a tree located in a state forest or on state public
1 12 land by a person or an officer or employee of the state or
1 13 political subdivision of the state, for monetary revenue or
1 14 commercial profit.
