1 2 BY COMMITTEE ON RULES AND ADMINISTRATION
1 3 A Resolution relating to gubernatorial appointments requiring
1 4 senate confirmation.
1 5 WHEREAS, section 2.32, subsection 7, requires the
1 6 governor to provide the secretary of the senate with a
1 7 list of all gubernatorial appointments requiring
1 8 senate confirmation during this session by February 1;
1 9 and
1 10 WHEREAS, this information has been submitted and is
1 11 on file in the office of the secretary of the senate;
1 12 and
1 13 WHEREAS, that subsection also requires that the
1 14 senate by resolution approve the list or request
1 15 corrections by February 15; NOW THEREFORE,
1 16 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE, That the following
1 17 list of appointment positions submitted by the
1 18 governor pursuant to section 2.32, subsection 7, and
1 19 on file with the secretary of the senate is approved:
