  1  1    Section 1.  441 Iowa administrative code, rule 7.5, subrule
  1  2 4, is nullified.
  1  3    Sec. 2.  This Joint Resolution, being deemed of immediate
  1  4 importance, takes effect upon enactment.  
  1  5                           EXPLANATION
  1  6    This Joint Resolution nullifies an administrative rule of
  1  7 the department of human services which relates to the time
  1  8 limit for the granting of a hearing to an appeal.  The Joint
  1  9 Resolution is effective upon enactment.
