  1  1    Section 1.  Section 279.40, unnumbered paragraph 1, Code
  1  2 1995, is amended to read as follows:
  1  3    Public A public school employees are employee is granted a
  1  4 leave of absence for a medically related disability with full
  1  5 pay during the time the employee is under contract to work for
  1  6 the school district in the following minimum amounts:  
  1  7                           EXPLANATION
  1  8    This bill provides that public school employees are granted
  1  9 sick leave with full pay only during such time that the
  1 10 employees are under contract to work for their school
  1 11 districts.
