  1  1    Amend Senate File 2468 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 34, by striking the word "at" and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "at".
  1  4    #2.  By striking page 1, line 35, through page 2,
  1  5 line 2, and inserting the following:  "racetrack
  1  6 enclosures authorized under this chapter is twenty-two
  1  7 percent and shall increase by two percent each
  1  8 succeeding calendar year until the rate is thirty-six
  1  9 percent.  The taxes imposed by this section shall".
  1 10    #3.  Page 2, line 9, by striking the words "at a
  1 11 racetrack enclosure" and inserting the following:
  1 12 "authorized under this chapter".
  1 13    #4.  Page 2, line 14, by striking the words "ten
  1 14 pilot projects with two" and inserting the following:
  1 15 "twenty pilot projects with four".
  1 16    #5.  Title page, line 2, by inserting before the
  1 17 words "a racetrack" the following:  "a riverboat or".
