  1  3    #1.  Page 4, line 23, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "affairs," the following:  "administrator of the state
  1  5 racing and gaming commission of the department of
  1  6 inspections and appeals,".
  1  7    #2.  Page 4, line 26, by inserting after the word
  1  8 "commerce," the following:  "secretary of the state
  1  9 fair board,".
  1 10    #3.  Page 4, lines 29 through 31, by striking the
  1 11 words "the administrator of the state racing and
  1 12 gaming commission of the department of inspections and
  1 13 appeals,".
  1 14    #4.  Page 5, lines 1 and 2, by striking the words
  1 15 "secretary of the state fair board,".
