  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5739, to Senate File 2370 as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 11 through 13 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "the jurisdiction of the
  1  5 board and shall house those books, accounts, papers,
  1  6 and records of the utility deemed necessary by the
  1  7 board to be housed within the state.  The utility".
