  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 3, by striking the word
  1  4 "February" and inserting the following:  "January".

  1  6 "February" and inserting the following:  "January".
  1  7    #3.  Page 1, line 28, by striking the word "March"
  1  8 and inserting the following:  "February".
  1  9    #4.  Page 1, line 35, by striking the word "April"
  1 10 and inserting the following:  "March".
  1 11    #5.  Page 2, line 14, by striking the word
  1 12 "February" and inserting the following:  "January".
  1 13    #6.  Page 4, by inserting after line 1 the
  1 14 following:
  1 15    "Sec.    .  INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT FOR REORGANIZED
  1 16 SCHOOL DISTRICTS.  Notwithstanding section 257.18,
  1 17 subsection 3, and section 257.27, a school district
  1 18 participating in an instructional support program on
  1 19 or after July 1, 1995, which reorganizes effective
  1 20 July 1, 1996, may continue to participate in the
  1 21 instructional support program for the budget year
  1 22 beginning July 1, 1996.  The percent of income surtax
  1 23 imposed for the budget year beginning July 1, 1996, by
  1 24 the board of directors of the school district that
  1 25 reorganizes effective July 1, 1996, shall not exceed
  1 26 seventeen percent."
  1 27    #7.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 28 word "process" the following:  "and to instructional
  1 29 support for reorganized school districts".
  1 30    #8.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 31 and correcting internal references as necessary.
