  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  Unless otherwise provided by law, access
  1  6 under this section to criminal history data by a
  1  7 person or public or private agency does not create a
  1  8 duty upon a person, or employer, member, or volunteer
  1  9 of a public or private agency to examine the criminal
  1 10 history data of an applicant, employee, or volunteer."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
