  1  1    Amend Senate File 2458 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "Iowa" the following:  "or any other elected public
  1  4 body which has the power or duty to certify any tax to
  1  5 be levied or sum of money to be collected by
  1  6 taxation".
  1  7    #2.  Page 7, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "6.  To approve a loan agreement under section
  1 10 16.194 that will be payable from a tax levied by an
  1 11 elected public body, other than a public body provided
  1 12 for in subsections 2 through 5, the public body shall
  1 13 follow the authorization procedures required of a
  1 14 public body to levy a tax."
