  1  1    Amend Senate File 2458 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "Iowa" the following:  "or any other public body which
  1  4 has the power or duty to certify any tax to be levied
  1  5 or sum of money to be collected by taxation".
  1  6    #2.  Page 7, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "6.  To approve a loan agreement under section
  1  9 16.194 that will be payable from a tax levied by a
  1 10 public body, other than a public body provided for in
  1 11 subsections 2 through 5, the public body shall follow
  1 12 the authorization procedures required of a public body
  1 13 to levy a tax."
