  1  3 passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 4, line 9, by striking the word "seventy"
  1  5 and inserting the following:  "ninety".
  1  6    #2.  Page 4, line 36, by striking the word
  1  7 "seventy" and inserting the following:  "ninety".
  1  8    #3.  Page 4, line 42, by striking the word

  1 24    "Sec.    .  Section 425.40, subsection 1, Code
  1 25 1995, is amended to read as follows:
  1 26    1.  A low-income tax credit and reimbursement fund
  1 27 is created.  There is appropriated annually from the
  1 28 general fund of the state to the department of revenue
  1 29 and finance to be credited to the low-income tax
  1 30 credit and reimbursement fund the sum of thirteen
  1 31 million five hundred thousand dollars to implement
  1 32 this division."
  1 33    #11.  By renumbering as necessary.
