  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  Unless otherwise provided by law, access
  1  5 under this section to criminal history data by a
  1  6 person or public or private agency does not create a
  1  7 duty upon a person, or employer, member, or volunteer
  1  8 of a public or private agency to examine the criminal
  1  9 history data of an applicant, employee, or volunteer."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
