  1  4    #1.  Page 8, line 40, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "Act" the following:  ", except sections 200 through
  1  6 600,".
  1  7    #2.  Page 8, line 41, by inserting after the figure
  1  8 "1997." the following:  "Sections 200 through 600,
  1  9 being deemed of immediate importance, take effect upon
  1 10 enactment."
