  1  6    #3.  Page 9, by striking lines 27 through 32.
  1  7    #4.  Title page, by striking lines 1 through 10 and
  1  8 inserting the following:  "An Act relating to
  1  9 transportation by granting the state department of
  1 10 transportation condemnation rights for utility
  1 11 facility replacement, requiring certain criteria be
  1 12 adopted by administrative rule, providing for entry
  1 13 onto private property for sounding and drilling, and
  1 14 providing for release of retained funds for public
  1 15 improvements."
