  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5489, to House File 2449, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 7, by inserting after line 31 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  56.38  EXCLUDED
  1  7 ACTIVITIES.
  1  8    The contribution and expenditure limits in this
  1  9 division shall not apply to the cost of any reception
  1 10 given for all members of the Iowa general assembly."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
