  1  1    Amend House File 2472, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 29, by inserting after line 27 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 910A.7A, Code 1995, is amended
  1  6 to read as follows:
  1  7    910A.7A  NOTIFICATION BY DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE.
  1  8    The department of justice shall notify a registered
  1  9 victim of all dispositional orders of a case currently
  1 10 on appeal the filing of an appeal, all dispositional
  1 11 orders in the appeal, and the outcome of the appeal of
  1 12 a case in which the victim was involved."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
