1 2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
1 3 #1. By striking page 26, line 34, through page 27,
1 4 line 4, and inserting the following: "FACILITY.
1 5 There is appropriated from the general fund of the
1 6 state to the department of corrections for the fiscal
1 7 year beginning July 1, 1996, and ending June 30, 1997,
1 8 the following amount, or so much thereof as is
1 9 necessary, to be used for the purpose designated:
1 10 For the construction of a 750-bed medium security
1 11 correctional facility for men:
1 12 .................................................. $ 36,000,000
1 13 Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys appropriated
1 14 in this section which remain unexpended or unobligated
1 15 at the close of the fiscal year shall not revert to
1 16 the general fund of the state but shall remain
1 17 available for expenditure for the designated purpose
1 18 in the succeeding fiscal year."
1 19 #2. Page 27, line 12, by striking the word "The".
1 20 #3. Page 27, by striking lines 13 through 18 and
1 21 inserting the following:
1 22 "There is appropriated from the general fund of the
