  1  1    Amend Senate File 2449 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 28, by inserting after line 34 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  If the county treasurer has received a
  1  5 percentage amount of the amount certified to the
  1  6 agricultural development authority, the county
  1  7 treasurer shall for the following fiscal year grant
  1  8 each exemption from the previous fiscal year an
  1  9 exemption equal to the percentage amount which the
  1 10 county treasurer was reimbursed for that exemption
  1 11 unless the reimbursement for that exemption is fully
  1 12 funded by February 1 preceding the next fiscal year."
