  1  1    Amend Senate File 2103 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "7.  The costs of outpatient mental health services
  1  5 or treatment provided to a minor pursuant to this
  1  6 section, for whom financial reimbursement from the
  1  7 minor's parent or an insurer of the minor's parent is
  1  8 not available, are not required to be reimbursed
  1  9 through taxes levied by a county or by other county
  1 10 funds but may be reimbursed by funds allocated to a
  1 11 county by the state or federal government."
