  1  1    Amend House File 230, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 25 and 26 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "society of composers,
  1  5 authors, and publishers; broadcast music, inc.; the
  1  6 society of composers; and the society of European
  1  7 stage authors and composers."
  1  8    #2.  Page 4, by striking lines 4 through 6 and
  1  9 inserting the following:  "provides an initial
  1 10 disclosure regarding the contract.  The initial
  1 11 disclosure must be presented to the proprietor not
  1 12 more than seven and not less than three days prior to
  1 13 the execution of the contract.  The initial disclosure
  1 14 must be presented to the".
