  1  1    Amend Senate File 2406 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Title page, by striking lines 1 through 4 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "An Act relating to school
  1  4 attendance and safety by providing for notification to
  1  5 schools by peace officers of the possession of alcohol
  1  6 or controlled substances by juveniles, providing that
  1  7 certain identifying information regarding juveniles
  1  8 involved in delinquent acts is a public record,
  1  9 relating to an extension of the compulsory school
  1 10 attendance age, relating to immunity from assault
  1 11 charges for the use of force by a person to stop a
  1 12 fight or disturbance at a school or school function,
  1 13 establishing a penalty for a violation of chapter 299
  1 14 in certain circumstances, establishing a penalty".
