  1  2    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 15 the

  1  4    "3.  To Iowa state university for supporting a
  1  5 person connected with the United States department of
  1  6 agriculture who engages in animal control, for
  1  7 purposes of contributing to the control of animals,
  1  8 and especially predators, which pose a threat to this
  1  9 state's agriculture:
