  1  1    Amend Senate File 2446 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 15, by inserting after line 20 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  NATIVE AMERICAN WAR MEMORIAL.  The
  1  5 department of natural resources may purchase, with
  1  6 funds which become available under chapter 465A for
  1  7 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1996, and ending
  1  8 June 30, 1997, lands on which to locate a native
  1  9 American war memorial."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
