  1  1    Amend Senate File 2343 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 21 through 23 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "(3)  An agreement for the delivery of livestock at
  1  5 a specified date or time."
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 30 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "2A.  A broker, dealer, or agent shall provide all
  1  9 sellers with the same terms and conditions offered to
  1 10 a seller who receives a differential price based on
  1 11 any of the criteria described in subsection 2,
  1 12 paragraph "a"."
  1 13    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
