  1  1    Amend Senate File 2370 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by striking line 4 and inserting the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "a.  Gas and electric utilities required to be
  1  5 rate-regulated under this chapter shall file".
  1  6    #2.  Page 3, by striking lines 18 and 19 and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "review of energy efficiency
  1  8 plans and budgets filed by gas and electric utilities
  1  9 required to be rate-regulated under this chapter.  The
  1 10 board may approve,".
  1 11    #3.  Page 3, by striking line 26 and inserting the
  1 12 following:  "consumer advocate or a gas or electric
  1 13 utility required to be rate-regulated under this
  1 14 chapter,".
  1 15    #4.  Page 4, by striking line 3 and inserting the
  1 16 following:
  1 17    "e.  A gas or electric utility required to be rate-
  1 18 regulated under this chapter may".
