  1  1    Amend Senate File 2102 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. 6.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed
  1  5 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."
  1  6    #2.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "facilities" the following:  "and providing an
  1  8 effective date".
