1 15 "1." the following: "Boards of directors of school
1 16 districts allocated funds under this section shall be
1 17 required to establish a fund and deposit into the fund
1 18 moneys to which the accredited nonpublic schools are
1 19 entitled based upon the proportion that the accredited
1 20 nonpublic school's enrollment bears to the sum of the
1 21 basic enrollment of the school district and the
1 22 enrollment of the accredited nonpublic school. Moneys
1 23 in the funds established by the boards shall be used
1 24 to provide instructional technology equipment,
1 25 including hardware, software, and materials and
1 26 supplies related to instructional technology to
1 27 nonpublic school students."
1 28 #6. Page 3, line 7, by inserting after the word
1 29 "developed" the following: "in consultation with the
1 30 accredited nonpublic schools located in the
1 31 district,".
1 32 #7. Page 3, line 8, by inserting after the word
1 33 "administrators." the following: "The advisory
1 34 committee appointed by the board pursuant to section
1 35 280.12, subsection 2, shall advise the board
1 36 concerning the development of goals and the assessment
1 37 process and measurements to be used under the plan".
1 38 #8. Page 3, line 15, by inserting after the word
1 39 "district" the following: "and accredited nonpublic
1 40 schools,".
