  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 17, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "program." the following:  "For each fiscal year
  1  4 beginning on or after July 1, 2000, there is
  1  5 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
  1  6 department of education the sum of twenty million
  1  7 dollars for the school improvement technology
  1  8 program."
