  1  1    Amend Senate File 2080 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 10, by inserting after line 27 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 331.602, subsection 10, Code
  1  5 Supplement 1995, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    10.  Carry out duties relating to the issuance of
  1  7 hunting, fishing, and trapping fur harvester licenses
  1  8 as provided in sections 483A.10, 483A.12, 483A.13,
  1  9 483A.14, 483A.15 and 483A.22.
  1 10    Sec.    .  Section 331.605, subsection 2,
  1 11 unnumbered paragraph 1, Code 1995, is amended to read
  1 12 as follows:
  1 13    For issuance of hunting, fishing and trapping fur
  1 14 harvester licenses:"
  1 15    #2.  Page 14, by inserting after line 30 the
  1 16 following:
  1 17    "Sec.    .  Section 483A.19, Code 1995, is amended
  1 18 to read as follows:
  1 19    483A.19  SHOWING LICENSE TO OFFICER.
  1 20    Every person shall, while fishing, hunting, or
  1 21 trapping fur harvesting, show the person's license,
  1 22 certificate, or permit, to any peace officer or the
  1 23 owner or person in lawful control of the land or water
  1 24 upon which licensee may be hunting, fishing, or
  1 25 trapping fur harvesting when requested by said the
  1 26 persons to do so.  Any failure to so carry or refusal
  1 27 to show or so exhibit the person's license,
  1 28 certificate or permit, shall be a violation of this
  1 29 chapter.
  1 30    Sec.    .  Section 483A.20, Code 1995, is amended
  1 31 to read as follows:
  1 32    483A.20  RECIPROCITY.
  1 33    Licenses for bait dealers or for fishing, hunting,
  1 34 or trapping fur harvesting shall not be issued to
  1 35 residents of states that do not sell similar licenses
  1 36 or certificates to residents of Iowa.  However, the
  1 37 licensing of nonresident bait dealers who sell at
  1 38 wholesale to licensed dealers in Iowa for resale is
  1 39 permitted."
  1 40    #3.  By renumbering and correcting internal
  1 41 references as necessary.
