  1  1    Amend Senate File 2066 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 11 through 22 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "A person commits a class "C" felony if the person
  1  5 intentionally or knowingly, aids or abets, assists,
  1  6 solicits, or incites another person to commit or
  1  7 attempt to commit suicide, or participates in a
  1  8 physical act by which another person commits or
  1  9 attempts to commit suicide."
