  1  1    Amend Senate File 485 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 3, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "city" the following:  "or both a county and a city".
  1  4    #2.  Page 2, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "governor." the following:  "If a school district
  1  6 joins with both a county and a city to create an
  1  7 authority, the third member shall be appointed by the
  1  8 third political subdivision in lieu of the governor."
  1  9    #3.  Page 3, line 18, by striking the word "both"
  1 10 and inserting the following:  "all".
  1 11    #4.  Page 5, line 16, by striking the word "both"
  1 12 and inserting the following:  "all".
