  1  1    Amend House File 555, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 1 through 4 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  This Act takes effect in the fiscal
  1  6 year following the year in which the department of
  1  7 revenue and finance has developed a report on the last
  1  8 state tax revenue resulting from Iowa's tuition tax
  1  9 deduction and credit and applies to tax years
  1 10 beginning in or after that fiscal year."
