1 2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
1 3 follows:
1 4 #1. Page 4, by inserting after line 28 the
1 5 following:
1 6 "# . Page 4, line 11, by striking the word "all"
1 7 and inserting the following: "one dollar of the
1 8 surcharge shall be transferred to the clerk of the
1 9 district court for the county in which the violation
1 10 occurred to defray the costs associated with
1 11 collecting the surcharge and nine dollars".
1 12 # . Page 4, line 20, by striking the words "Five
1 13 dollars" and inserting the following: "Four dollars
1 14 and fifty cents"."
1 15 #2. Page 4, by inserting after line 31 the
1 16 following:
1 17 "# . Page 4, line 25, by striking the words
1 18 "Five dollars" and inserting the following: "Four
1 19 dollars and fifty cents".
1 20 # . Page 4, by inserting after line 29 the
1 21 following:
1 22 "c. One dollar of the surcharge shall be

1 24 county in which the violation occurred to defray the
