1 1 Amend the amendment, S-3591, to the House
1 2 amendment, S-3082, to Senate File 69, as passed by the
1 3 Senate, as follows:
1 4 #1. Page 23, by striking lines 36 through 41 and
1 5 inserting the following:
1 6 "For fiscal years beginning July 1, 1996, and
1 7 ending June 30, 2006, each county treasurer shall be
1 8 paid from the industrial machinery, equipment and
1 9 computers replacement fund an amount equal to one
1 10 hundred percent of the amount of the industrial
1 11 machinery, equipment and computers tax replacement
1 12 claim, as calculated in section 427B.19. For fiscal
1 13 years beginning July 1, 2006, and ending June 30,
1 14 2008, each county treasurer shall be paid from the
1 15 fund an amount equal to fifty percent of the amount of
1 16 the industrial machinery, equipment and computers tax
1 17 replacement claim, as calculated in section 427B.19."
